Manager - Sales and MDO

Role & responsibilities

1. Managing back office team at Sales MDO & maintaining coordination between Factory & pan India Sales Team.

2. Sales Data & Report Analysis. Preparing various sales report & evaluating sales team & dealer performance, trends, forecast & presented MD & Sales Head.

3. Operational Efficiency, streamline Daily Sales operations for maximum productivity

4. Sales Strategy execution, provide support to sales leaders to implement the strategy

5. CRM & System Management. Ensure effective use of CRM tools for accurate Sales Tracking

6.Performance monitoring & guiding team to enhance their performance for ensuring the target achievement

7. Provide proper training & ensuring the SOP of induction training schedule for all new joiners in Sales & Marketing

8. Work Collaboration closely with Head Sales & MD, on Sales campaign & Growth Strategies

9. Ability to Multitasking and meet deadlines in a fast paced organization

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate having minimum 5 years of experience in Back Office Sales Leadership.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Software, SAP, Internet, Social Media Operations & other key marketing tools

Good Communication Skills, Strong Leadership, Organizational & Analytical Skills
