Position: Client Engagement/Business development Executive
Experience: 2 to 9 years

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical support, to ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
• Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to anticipate client needs and provide value-added insights.
• Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
• Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet their business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert prospective clients into key accounts.
• Collaborate with senior team members to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or client engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of IT product sales and digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Result-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Previous experience in acquiring and managing key accounts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
