Job title: Senior Business Associate - Client Servicing

Department: Client Servicing Ulatus

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Shift timings: (3pm 12am) (9 hours shift) (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab 
  • Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
  • Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
  • Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team
  • Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers
  • Handle client inquires via Emails, calls and chats to provide appropriate solution, thereby increasing business.

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

  • Graduates from any field/ MBA Freshers
  • Has minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer service role.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Coordination and effective decision-making skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact.
