Job Summary:
Join Charlesworths overseas client Social Media Management team as a Social Content Creator! This role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast growing team and to provide a valuable service for global clients through creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge AI tools. Our clients are currently primarily based in China and represent a range of academic journals and journal publishing platforms linked to STEM subjects. You’ll craft engaging content, manage content calendars, and contribute to innovative social strategies. Guided by our Social Media Manager and Senior Marketing Executive, this position offers room to grow in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Collaboration:

• Write and refine engaging, on-brand social media copy in English.
• Create visually appealing posts using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI tools and personal writing skills to streamline workflows and refine AI-generated content.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to generate impactful content ideas.

Content Planning and Execution:

• Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Prepare and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Ensure all assets are ready for publication and meet quality standards.

Performance Tracking and Improvement:

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Assist in generating reports, identifying trends, and offering suggestions for improvement.

Workflows and Support:

• Follow established workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks like data entry and scheduling updates.
• Communicate challenges or scheduling changes promptly with the team.

Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on platform-specific requirements and social media best practices.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas.
