Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sales Admin to support our sales team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of sales processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations within the IT industry and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer relations, data management, and technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support :
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Process and manage sales orders in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
CRM Management :
  • Update and maintain customer and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports and dashboards for management.
  • Assist with tracking customer interactions and opportunities.
Customer Communication :
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding sales orders and product information.
  • Help coordinate customer meetings and follow-ups.
Administrative Support :
  • Manage documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales-related materials.
  • Organize and file digital documents in relevant databases.
  • Assist in managing sales calendars and scheduling meetings.
Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the IT and Sales teams to ensure product knowledge and service updates are aligned.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education : Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in handling sales data and documentation.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet.
