We are looking for Mumbai based Behavioral Master Sales Trainer

Job Title: Master Trainer (Sales)

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Local language preferred

• Experience in Telecom & Enterprise / B2B solutions.

Profile Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Training and Development (L&D)
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Training.
• Must have some Telecom experience in Enterprise solutions B2B

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences.
• Training Sales manager to pitch (sales) for enterprise products and services
• Training Schedule Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs
• Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training.
• Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee.
• Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes.
