Educational Requirements:

Graduates in B.A., B.Com, BBA, BHM, B.Sc., BCA are eligible to apply.
B.Tech (Mechanical/Biotech) graduates are also welcome.
Candidates with a Distance PG qualification may apply.
PGDM holders are eligible.
Note: BE/MCA graduates are not eligible for this role.

Other Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge is required.
Night shifts are part of the role, with Night Allowances provided.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24/5 Training Administration support to clients across the EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions.
Address customer inquiries related to Training Administration via email.
Assist customers by offering training scheduling solutions and resolving issues.
Gather detailed information to investigate reported issues.
Analyze and document cases in the system, creating appropriate tickets.
Generate daily reports for clients using Microsoft Excel.
Manage Training activities on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
