Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to maintain trust and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
