Nichebit - Oracle Technical Developer (5-8 yrs)

Role : Oracle Technical Developer

Job Description :

- Developing various database instances and implementations, within various environments.

- Design, develop, test and implement requirements.

- Participate in code reviews, identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues, review and provide feedback to any required final user documentation.

- Work as a member of a cross-functional project team contributing to technology-based. solutions.

- Accurately estimate development timelines.

- Monitor and debug production issues and get resolutions deployed.

- Engage with the Business Analysts and System Analysts, to understand, clarify and confirm requirements and low level technical design.

- Engage with Product Specialists to understand, clarify and confirm the design and architecture.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, Upgrade, rollouts, and support projects is added an advantage.

- Strong on global enterprise enablement/customizations.

- Work closely with cross-functional and global support teams.

Requirement :

- Minimum of bachelor's degree from reputed university (BE/BTECH/MCA/CA/MBA Finance).

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP with exposure to SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports, workflow and Discoverer.

- Basic Java / OAF knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Strong business acumen and communication skills.

- Ability to work from within IT, while also working across IT and with the business.

- Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and good communication skills.

- Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

- Team Player, responsive & organized.

- Willing to travel when required, up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
