Roles & Responsibilities:

• Formulating Job descriptions and models for positions across PAN India operations.

• 2-5 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Able to manage a team
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Ability to execute a recruitment strategy- Ability to keep a high bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes
• Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards
• Attracting suitable candidates through online job boards, social media, etc.
• Optimize the utilization of talent sourcing portals and referrals to maintain a data bank/talent pool for future requirements.
• Assist in the end-to-end process of recruitment for positions across different levels
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, verifying offer details, issuing offers, conducting follow-ups, managing the offers database, and communicating rejection notifications through emails.
• Conductsalary negotiations and discussions; interpret industry benchmarks and internal parity for offer management with appropriate approvals;
• Establish and manage talent pipelines for present and future job opportunities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements.

Requirements:
