Human Resource Executive

Designation: Executive HR

Role Location: Chennai

Experience: 2-5 years (or as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top talent using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct resume screening and evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
• Perform initial telephonic and in-person interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal teams and guiding new hires.
• Collect and verify pre-employment documents as per company policies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate or consultancy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
