What Youll Do
● Ensure roles are closed within agreed TAT, maintaining efficient recruitment timelines.
● Track and improve the final selects-to-offer ratio across the team.
● Manage offer-to-onboarding transitions, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
● Monitor and reduce offer drop rates within the team.
● Drive successful onboarding with a focus on achieving the target number of deployments.
● Ensure high retention rates, with new hires staying beyond 90 days.
● Achieve high hiring manager satisfaction scores through effective stakeholder management.
● Maintain and improve recruitment quality scores.
● Identify and develop star performers within the recruitment team.
● Monitor and manage the number of recruiters on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
● Drive team retention, ensuring minimal turnover within the recruitment function.
What Youll Bring
● 1215 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
● Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring KPIs.
● Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
● Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
● Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and analytical skills.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
● Experience in improving recruitment quality and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
