Reporting to: Executive Director and CEO.
Location: Pune.
Mode of work - Work from Office.
Role:
This is a key leadership role accountable for operational management and business development -responsible for the P&L of the region.
And grow the business in the region in alignment with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:.
Operational Strategy & Planning:.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness across all operational processes.
- Establish performance metrics and continuously monitor and improve operational performance - conversion ratio.
Team Leadership & Development:.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- And also grow leaders within the team.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Business Connect and Lead generation:.
- Drive business generation through strong customer connects (network / relationships) with business leaders / decision makers in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, Building material and Energy.
- Develop relationships with various chambers and participate in networking events to connect with CxOs to eventually convert the relationship to tangible benefits for the organization.
- Be proactively informed on development and manpower movement in the corporate world and on the upcoming greenfield projects and expansion projects.
- Sales orientation: Would drive sales and revenue growth in the region.
Client Relationship Management:.
- Work closely with the client to understand client needs and ensure that operational capabilities meet these requirements.
Develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of escalation for any operational issues.
- Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded in terms of service quality and delivery times.
The ideal candidate would come with the following expertise.
- Minimum of 15-25 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a similar industry - service industry with the key stake holders and connection with CXO's.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
Qualification: Graduate preferably B.E (Any Graduate) + PG. in HR / Marketing.
Age: - 40 -50 years.
Should have the capability to lead teams of 10-15 people minimum.
Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, operational management.
Excellent presentation skills with good hands on excel.
Should have good interpersonal skills, communication skills with good executive presence.
Should have good networking and a drive to work towards customer delight.
