Job Description

Role:

- Lead Talent and Development is responsible for the overall talent management strategy and the whole talent process for the Company.


- This includes developing and implementing training and development programs, managing the performance management process, and leading succession planning efforts.


- The incumbent will be responsible for designing and anchoring the flagship Top talent development plan.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a talent development role and will be able to work effectively with senior management to develop and implement talent strategies that align with the company's business goals.

- The incumbent will be a key partner to the Human Resources Business Partner to assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs of the organization during a time of growth in an effort to improve performance and promote the organization's culture.

Key roles and responsibilities

Talent Management:

- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development

- Creation of leadership talent pipeline pools linked with differentiated career development and learning solutions, potential assessment, development & deployment

- Reporting on the workforce, succession planning, onboarding and human capital analytics reporting relating to talent, retention, engagement

- Lead the design, delivery of customized leadership development program for high potential future leadership succession management

- Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process and readying of talent who will deliver our future

Learning:

- Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives

- Establish the company's learning and development strategy

- Conduct training needs analysis and implement targeted group wide training and development initiatives to ensure the organisation is successful

- Drive the integration of skills/competencies frameworks across all learning programs

- Develop and monitor financial budget for learning and development

- Monitor the business impact and return on investment of learning and development strategy and programmes

Performance Management and Organization Development:

- Facilitate orientation to new hires and support on boarding processes

- Implement approach to performance management and enable employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations

- Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses

Others tasks:

- Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption

- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs.

- Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business leaders in order to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative priority on matters related to talent management

Required Skills:

- Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance

- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development
