Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive/Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and bringing in top sales talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and other roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update hiring reports and dashboards for tracking recruitment progress.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends to improve recruitment efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and handling multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR databases.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
• Understanding of sales profiles and hiring strategies for sales-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of HRMS and ATS for recruitment tracking.
