Job Description
- Develop and maintain the overall architectural design (Current State & Future State) of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Lead the architecture governance process and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture assessments to ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the solutions.
- Ensure that EBS solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Design integration points with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of EBS applications.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of EBS solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and standard processes in EBS and related technologies.
- Mentor and train other team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with business partners to capture and analyze requirements.
- Communicate optimally with partners to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in Oracle ERP architecture.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules in cloud and on-prem (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, etc.,).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Consensus building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
