Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives focused on generating leads, nurturing
prospects, and closing deals across multiple product lines.
• Define clear sales goals and objectives, ensuring the team is aligned with overall
company sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to develop the teams skills and
maximize their performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, discuss
challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring a positive, productive,
and motivated team environment.
• Lead Generation & Qualification:
• Design and implement lead generation strategies for various products, ensuring the
team targets the right prospects and industries.
• Oversee the lead qualification process to ensure that prospects are highly qualified
and ready for the next stage of the sales funnel.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion of leads
into opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts through
campaigns, webinars, and other outreach programs.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for each product, ensuring alignment with
market demands, customer needs, and product strengths.
• Support the sales team with the development of sales presentations, proposals, and
demos tailored to each client’s needs.
• Lead by example in closing high-value and complex sales opportunities, handling
negotiations, and securing agreements with clients.
• Ensure the sales team effectively communicates the value proposition and benefits
of each product to clients.
Qualifications:
● A minimum of 9 years of experience in product sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership
or team management role.
● Strong expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and closing product sales across diverse
categories and industries.
● Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve
and exceed targets.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to
engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
● Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to
track leads, opportunities, and performance.
● Excellent understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management,
and sales analytics.
Desired Skills:
● MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
● Prior experience in selling SaaS products, enterprise software, or cybersecurity solutions
is highly desirable.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization.
● Self-motivated and highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple
priorities and projects simultaneously.
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. MBA or
equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
