Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our SAP consulting services in the Delhi region. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to increase market share. This role requires a proactive approach, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SAP consulting services sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
