Sr. Executive HR/HR Manager

We're looking for a jack-of-all-trades, handling a mix of strategic and operational HR functions. This role combines being an HR generalist and a strategic partner, ensuring that the organizations people processes run smoothly while also contributing to the company's growth.  

Job Role: 

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

• Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection).
• Onboarding: Facilitate orientation programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Job Descriptions: Create and maintain accurate job descriptions.

2. Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts.

3. Compliance and Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
• Draft, implement, and periodically update HR policies and employee handbooks.

4. Payroll and Benefits Administration

• Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Manage leave and attendance systems.

5. Training and Development

• Organize & coordinate training with HOD.
• Track performance improvement post-training.

6. Performance Management

• Implement and manage appraisal systems (e.g., annual reviews, 360° feedback).
• Work with managers to set KPIs and ensure timely evaluations.
• Address performance issues and design improvement plans.

7. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute activities to maintain morale, such as team outings, festive celebrations, rewards programs or wellness programs.

8. Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain employee records in HRMS & Excel.
• Prepare HR reports for leadership (attrition rates, headcount, etc.).

9. Office Administration

• Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, or other HR-related services.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.

10. Strategic Planning

• Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Plan workforce requirements in line with organizational growth.
