Project Manager For SAAS Product

About the Role:

• The role is of a project manager who manages implementation for the entire product suite.
• The role requires the ability to manage implementations of multiple customers in parallel, handle conflicting priorities, manage client objectives and expectations, deliver within time, cost and quality parameters.
• Strong executive presence, ability to present your points persuasively and be in charge, taking decisions are necessary attributes. Working hard and excellent communication skills are the ground you walk on.

Responsibilities:

• Support project status updating, project steer cos, project escalations and project flag offs and flag down
• Team coordination, work allocation, project planning, risk mitigation on projects
• Liaison with Engineering teams, Support teams and Product teams for delivery
• Commercial ownership of cost parameters of the project
• Liaison with accounting department for invoicing

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree. MBA would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Should be an effective collaborator & team player
