This is small company with less than 100 people, but there is lots of politics that rule the company's atmosphere. There is No job security. You can be asked to move out any day. the CEO is erratic lady who micro manages each and every employee. Problem is that she herself is not very sure of her decisions. This company is one man show. Every decision (how small it may be, has to go to the CEO first). She has erratic moods and decisions depend on the same. There is no respect for employees.
