- The role is of a project manager who manages implementation for the entire product suite.
- The role requires the ability to manage implementations of multiple customers in parallel, handle conflicting priorities, manage client objectives and expectations, deliver within time, cost and quality parameters.
- Strong executive presence, ability to present your points persuasively and be in charge, taking decisions are necessary attributes.
- Working hard and excellent communication skills are the ground you walk on.
- Support project status updating, project steer cos, project escalations and project flag offs and flag down.
- Team coordination, work allocation, project planning, risk mitigation on projects.
- Liaison with Engineering teams, Support teams and Product teams for delivery.
- Commercial ownership of cost parameters of the project.
- MBA would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience.
