Project Manager - Agile/Jira Methodologies (7-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources, with a focus on technical deliverables.

- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks, particularly those related to technical challenges.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, support staff, and product managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution.

- Facilitating communication and knowledge sharing between technical teams and other stakeholders.

- Leveraging technical expertise to understand project requirements and guide technical discussions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical communication between the project team and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

- Effectively communicating project updates and technical challenges.

- Building strong relationships with client technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.

- Commercial and Financial Management: Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including budget management and invoicing.

This includes :

- Owning the cost parameters of each project and ensuring adherence to budget.

- Working with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

- Forecasting resource needs and managing project expenses.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying technologies relevant to the product suite.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of database technologies and integration patterns.

- Experience with APIs and web services.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum of years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technical implementations.

- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, including software implementations and integrations.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

- Experience working with technical teams and managing technical resources.
