Role & responsibilities

• Promptly address incoming customer queries through various communication channels, such as phone calls, what's-app, and live chat.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to convince customers of the value and benefits of our products/services.
• Work towards achieving high rates of successful call closure, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product/service knowledge to enhance the ability to address customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

- He should be from BPO/Call center

- Service Industry/ Banking/Retail

- Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM

- Candidate who can speak Telugu, English and Hindi may be given preference.
