Nexdigm is hiring a Documentation Specialist for one of its clients in Hyderabad.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. They are committed to enhancing the supply chain lifecycle, from manufacturing to warehouse management, with our innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our mobile inventory and barcoding applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Create and update online help resources and training materials to support users in effectively utilizing our solutions.
• Implement and maintain documentation standards, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all materials.
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness, adhering to established timelines.
• Engage with end-users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in documentation and training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation tools to enhance the effectiveness of documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• A strong understanding of mobile applications and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe Technical Communication Suite, Microsoft Word) and content management systems.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
