Associate - Finance & Accounts - AR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Finance & Accounts to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with daily financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You will play a key role in supporting the team with audits, tax filings, budgeting, and other financial activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and payments are made on time.
Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Help maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and ensure records are organized and accessible for audits.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and revenue to meet financial goals.
Assist in financial analysis and reporting, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for cost savings.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
Support ad-hoc financial projects, process improvements, and system upgrades as needed.
