Job Description

3-5 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on UiPath Development - RPA Studio, Action Centre, Orchestrator, Apps etc
Experience in RE-Framework is must
Advanced knowledge in UiPath software in developing RPA solutions.
Knowledge on UiPath test automation is added advantage but not mandatory
Create Requirement Documents PDD/User Stories/As- IS To-Be Process documents.
Provide solution design to customers.
Work with business analysts, design RPA or automation solution, test as and when needed, complete UAT with the customer, work with Ops team to deploy it and support production processes as needed.
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
As a RPA BotOps Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our automated bot solutions. This includes monitoring bot performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance bot functionalities and operational efficiency. Your efforts will ensure our bot solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of bot solutions across various platforms.
- Maintaining UiPath Orchestrator and governance policies.
- Writing scripts in PowerShell/python etc. to perform operation excellence.
- Maintaining and building Azure DevOps Pipelines (CI/CD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to bots, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy bot updates and enhancements, following best practices for change management and testing.
- Conduct periodic reviews of bot performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback on bot functionalities and identify additional automation opportunities.
- Document operational procedures, incident reports, and maintenance activities to ensure a clear understanding and transparency of bot operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest in BOT technologies and operational best practices, recommending tools and processes that can enhance our BotOps capabilities.
