Specific Technical skills for RPA Lead Coding / Scripting
The Microsoft .NET Framework is one of the most common languages used to build various RPA platforms. Even though many RPA platforms offer low-code functionalities, an RPA developer is expected to know Visual Basic .NET programming language to process the entirety of data types using Microsoft s library of prebuilt methods. Therefore, one of the highly desirable RPA skills is the knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications, a language that allows task automation within Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

At least experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development

Added Advantage - Other programming languages that are good to have to include HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript.

Knowledge on AI and Machine Learning and Implementation of AI/ML concepts as part of Automation.

Technical Skillset

• Languages - Microsoft .NET Framework, JavaScript, SQL, HTML
• Tools - UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
• Data Analytics Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Knowledge of Business Processes

Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.

As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
