Lead/Assistant Manager - Resource Management

Job Description:

• Own & manage the Resource Allocation data accurately and completely
• Help leaders in capacity planning, aligning with revenue targets
• Tracking & managing Utilization targets of the organization
• Track & Manage Bench including Ageing, skill-fitment etc Track corrective measures as needed
• Own the entire cycle of Resource Identification Scoping Scheduling Interviews Onboarding for the key accounts

Required Skills

• Understanding of best practices for resource management.
• Expert skills in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Multi-Tasking: Should be able to engage oneself meaningfully across a number of initiatives around resourcing
