Executive / Senior Executive- Finance

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Sr. Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience you will be responsible for the various reporting along with the payable and receivable accounting, managing the successful and timely reporting with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day payable and receivable accounting

• Preparation of MIS and BS reporting for month end reporting

• Help for monthly Payroll

• Preparation of monthly tax reporting

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Handling day to day AP, AR, preparation of journal entries & Reconciliation.

• Should have a good knowledge of GST and tax matters

• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management

• Analysis of performance against budget, forecast, and historical trends.

• Evaluate financial data to assess profitability, cost structures, and operational

efficiency

• Oversee and ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and central, as well as accounting standards

• Coordinate the annual audit process, working with external auditors to ensure the

• Maintain proper accounting controls and ensure the company s financial transactions are compliant with regulatory and internal policies.

• Manage the company s cash flow, optimizing working capital, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.

• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management and provide relevant

financial analysis.
