Newt Global hiring Technical Program/Project manager with 8 to 15 years of experience in Chennai.

Job Description:

• Strong technical background with a focus on Java or Python.
• Experience in estimation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and US clients effectively.
• Prior on-site experience in the US is preferred.
• Experience in migration project is a plus.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: Prior on-site experience in the US is preferred
