Develop and implement a comprehensive bid management process tailored to government projects.
Lead bid teams, including cross-functional collaboration with technical, sales, and delivery teams.
Must have an excellent understanding of entire Bidding processes including requirement of various documentary requirement which are required for Tender / RFP from Internal ( finance, sales, technical ) as well External stake holders (OEMs).
Analyse RFP/RFI/RFQs issued by government departments and agencies and do the Tender / RFP evaluation as per the Prequalifications criteria and organize the internal meeting to discuss within various stake holders.
Must have an excellent relations with OEMs and their account teams to get the winning support.
Develop winning proposals aligned with government tender requirements and evaluation criteria.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for government projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.
Manage bid timelines, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Develop and maintain a bid library of reusable content specific to government projects.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify government opportunities and develop bid strategies.
Track and report on bid metrics and performance.
Ensure compliance with government procurement procedures and regulations.
Develop pricing strategies for government projects.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in bid management with a strong focus on government projects.
Must have an excellent knowledge / understanding of products int IT infrastructure solutions, cyber security solutions, cloud computing, software development, and software solutions.
Understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
Experience with government e-procurement portals like GEM.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in proposal writing software and tools.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and legal support to the Board of Directors and its committees.
Prepare and circulate notices, agendas, and minutes of Board meetings and committee meetings.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, forms, and other documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Handle corporate actions such as share transfers, issue of shares, and redemption of preference shares.
Advise on corporate governance matters and implement best practices.
Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel on statutory audits and legal matters.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Stay updated on changes in company law and regulations and ensure compliance.
Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other statutory filings.
Provide support for mergers, acquisitions, and demergers.
