Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using a variety of techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, and project managers, to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.

Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment to evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes and identify potential risks and dependencies.

Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives by providing guidance, training, and documentation to end users.

Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management, to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending domain (consumer, mortgage, personal loans, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience with business analysis techniques and tools, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and user story mapping.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

salary comes on time, including the variable part

I think apart from salary and variable pay everything is bad. They will ask a functional person to work on testing role. Put you any project they would feel like regardless of your skill set. The culture is also bad many senior mangers are in the company for ages.. People are there in the company for so long and they do whatever they want to do.
