Business Analyst

We are hiring for Business Analyst.

Lending domain (Banking) experience is must.

Please note : This will be face-to-face interview at Navi Mumbai office.

Early joiners preferred. To interact with customer at front end, understand the requirements in credit solutioning and articulate the same in clear manner to implementation team To study new offerings and requirements in the market in lending space and proactively enrich existing solution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using a variety of techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, and project managers, to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment to evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes and identify potential risks and dependencies.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives by providing guidance, training, and documentation to end users.
• Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management, to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with business analysis techniques and tools, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and user story mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
