Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Your primary focus will be on cold calling potential customers, building rapport, and effectively communicating the benefits of our real estate services.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the target market.

• Introduce our real estate services and offerings to potential customers.

• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and preferences.

• Build and maintain a database of potential clients and their contact information.
• Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Stay informed about market trends, real estate developments, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
