Hiring Sales Head/Sales Manager ( Only Male )

Role & responsibilities

• To take an ownership and responsibility of the Department with Courage and Confidence.

• To make a targets and for achieve the targets to plan appropriate Marketing strategies and recruitments.
• Developing network of Business Associates.
• Identify Projects in the Markets, discuss marketing plan and Lead generation.
• To make a specific JD of candidate for particular Project and share with HR for recruitments.
• Make a KRA of own and Team Members.
• Support, Control and monitoring the team for Calls, Follow ups, meetings, Site visits and final closing.
• Review the Progress of Each team Members on Monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• To identify Strength of team Members for proper Work Delegation.
• To identify Area of improvements and give action plan to team member for improvements to achieve their Targets.
• Report to management and review meeting with management.
• Implement companys policies for his department.
• Performance review & appraisal of team members. • Ensure Timely collection of payments.
