New Relic is looking for an experienced Senior Service Cloud - Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play an essential role in supporting our Enterprise System Engineering (ESE) organization. The primary focus of the role will be supporting ongoing key business initiatives, systems enhancements, change requests, and permission requests while contributing to testing and enablement in preparation for production releases.
As the Service Cloud Business Systems Analyst, you will handle enterprise aspects of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. To be successful, you ll have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, Tech Support business processes and translate them into systems requirements, work with the engineering team to build effective & scalable solutions, and ensure it means the business roles
What youll do
Work with key business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in user story grooming and agile ceremonies to refine deliverables.
Work with the Salesforce Engineering team to build solutions for new features and functionality in our Salesforce instance.
Validate and test the solution before rolling it live to end business users and customers. Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.
Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud supported applications.
Manage all aspects of 3rd party applications use and support.
This role requires
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or the equivalent related experience.
6+ years of Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Knowledge Base, Experience Cloud, Chat Bot & Omni-channel experience experience
Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema
Analytical skills to improve quality of iterative builds
Must have effective professional verbal, written and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributor through senior management level

Experience implementing the Salesforce Einstein for Services is highly desirable
Salesforce Administration certification, Service Cloud certification
