We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring top talent across the IT spectrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hiring and demonstrate expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
•  Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
•  Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent in the IT domain.
•  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
•  Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals for talent acquisition
•  Drive seamless onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate-to-employee experience.
•  Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
•  Maintain and update recruitment metrics, pipelines, and reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.
•  Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring teams.
•  Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
•  Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
•  2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
•  Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
•  Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
•  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
•  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
