Role & responsibilities

• collaborate with stakeholders to understand lender policies and implement them into credit decisioning tools.
  • Work on enhancing and maintaining lending products and decisioning workflows.
  • Design and optimize user-friendly interfaces for seamless interaction between lenders and systems.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the efficiency of lending systems and tools.
  • Analyze loan performance and decision workflows to identify and implement improvements.
  • Ensure all workflows and systems comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Document processes and assist team members in understanding and utilizing tools and systems effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 03 years in FinTech product roles, financial institutions, or loan aggregator
environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• Understanding of lending processes, credit risk assessment, and lending decisioning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

Preferred Skills
•  Experience working with financial or lending institutions.
•  Exposure to interface design and user experience principles
