Job Responsibilities :

• UAT testing of gold loan modules on LOS and LMS at business level
• Multiple Project Management
• B2B business development tie ups with LSPs, DSAs and Business correspondents
• Drive to increase the gold loan penetration in Existing TVSCS base via Data analytics and other modes
• Collaboration with cross functional teams to align the module deliveries within scheduled timelines
• SOPs repository, gap identification and resolution
• Competition product proposition benchmarking
• Competition process benchmarking and documentation
• Designing doorstep model for gold loan, micro branch model, Saathi App functionalities etc. along with IT
• Designing marketing campaigns along with Sales
• Incentive structure designing, new schemes identification etc.
• Training of branch teams on new modules

Functional Requirements :

• Understanding of secured loans, LOS/LMS will be added advantage
• Having worked on JIRA & FIGMA
• Process Mapping & monitoring
