Senior PHP Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer for a client-based role which involves full-stack development with Laravel, cloud services expertise (primarily AWS), and e-commerce platform management, including API integrations. You will drive optimization efforts for web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

 Full-Stack Development:
    - Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and other relevant technologies.
    - Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end aspects of applications.
    - Proficiency in full-stack development, including both client-side and server-side languages. 

E-commerce and API Integration:
    - Develop and maintain e-commerce platforms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
    - Integrate various APIs and third-party services seamlessly into existing systems.
    - Understand and implement best practices in e-commerce development and management. 

Optimization and Improvement:
    - Regularly review and analyze existing websites and applications for potential optimizations.
    - Propose and implement enhancements to improve performance, user experience, and efficiency.
    - Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and e-commerce. 

Cloud Services Expertise
    - Extensive experience with AWS and a comprehensive understanding of its services.
    - Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
    - Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud services and technologies. 

Team Leadership and Management:
    - Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
    - Audit and evaluate the performance of the current team.
    - Implement and oversee project management techniques using tools like Trello.
    - Be available for emergency situations, ensuring quick and effective responses.

Communication and Collaboration:
    - Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
    - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
    - Participate in regular team meetings and provide progress updates.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in PHP development.
  -Proven experience as a senior developer with team lead responsibilities.
 - Strong expertise in Laravel and full-stack development.
 - Proficiency in AWS and cloud services.
 - Solid experience in e-commerce development and API integrations.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
 - Strong communication and team management skills.
 - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
