Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: The Digital Sales Strategy for a Financial Publisher will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, sales technology, and the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new digital sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted digital campaigns to drive sales growth
  • Provide digital sales training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key in-house stakeholders
  • Analyze digital sales data and market trends to continuously optimize digital sales strategies
  • Monitor digital competitor activities and develop counterstrategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Utilize sales technology tools to optimize the sales process, such as backend process, google analytics, and digital sales platforms
  • Stay up-to-date on digital sales trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the publisher is staying competitive in the market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales strategy development within the financial industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, google platforms , and the financial industry
  • Experience with sales technology tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Microsoft presenttaion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
