Job Description
- Oversee project planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Monitor multiple project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any roadblocks.
- Conduct regular project reviews with site managers and provide updates to senior leadership on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project transparency and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide multiple teams to develop project management skills and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering (EEE / ECE)
- Min 10 Years of experience in testing, commissioning and installation in railway systems, preferably on Freight Corridor and Metro Projects
- Must have experience handling multiple projects
- Hands on experience with Signalling Telecommunication projects
- Knowledge of testing process and commissionin
