• To attend resolve complaints within agreed time frame

• Assist Training manager on Regional Installation training activities
• Coordination with cross functions (Logistics, sales, support, etc) on key projects (high importance and/or Multi product specification projects) as directed by Regional head to help win the projects by timely mock-up also smooth execution.
• Ensuring Installation of products is strictly as per guidelines.
• Check, guide and report about site condition to Regional Head.
• Ensure proper storage of material at site as per Norms.
• Training to the Installers as per Norms
• Ensure usage of correct tools at sites.
• Effective Complaint handlings and customer Service.
• Support to Product Managers by handling queries regarding right products and installation details.
• Guidance and training to Sales Support team for correct ordering of the material and accessories.
• Regular feedback from Project Managers on quality of installations, products, and accessories.
• Continuous improvement in installation process and promotion of right accessories.
• Safety measures undertaken by Channel Partner responsible for Installation
• L3 products Interact with product managers and set off installation process and be the nodal point of contact for ceiling installers.
• Mock up arranging and supervision

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Engineer in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture
  3 + years experience of site handling of Complex commercial constructions with a contracting company or Project Management Consultancy
  Functional, methodological expertise
  Should be good in AutoCAD and ability to read Engineering / architectural drawings
  Exposure to Project Management and building services including electrical / mechanical / plumbing service.
  Ability to communicate with Installation team
  Work force Management and Good communication skills
  Very good in technical matters and systematic in planning.
