Associate Vice President Investor Relations

We are looking for an Associate Vice President Investor Relations for a Financing Advisory Firm. Key sectors of focus include Hospitals, Agriculture, FMCG CUM ALCOHOL, Defense, Information Technology, Internet and Infrastructure.

Job Profile:
Client Acquisition of HNI / UHNI Single And Multiple Family Offices.
Developing Investor relations
Originate and lead the entire deal lifecycle e.g deal origination to closure, transaction, screening, proposals, pitch-books, industry research, precedent transactions and comparative valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums, Financial models etc.
Support equity raise and MA due-diligence and transaction execution

Requirement:
Academic Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA
5+ Years of experience in Fund Raising
Proven experience in investor acquisition
Must have Strong numerical skills and understanding of basics of financial reporting PL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience building/ understanding financial models and valuing companies
