Business Development Manager ( Field sales )

Field sales & Team handling experience is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments.
-Responsible for sourcing, generating; closing new acquisition & activation signing leads.
-Will be managing the team of direct sales people.
-Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
-Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
-Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market.
-Achieving sales targets.

-Experience of relevant sales experience
-Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them .
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills .

Qualifications and Skills:
-Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
-Experience: Proven track record of 6-12 years in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on MSME acquisition.
-Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, MSME market challenges, and industry trends.
-Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a history of building and leading successful sales teams.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
-Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Results-Oriented: Results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
-Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and team engagements.
