Key Responsibilities

• 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications.
• Expertise in functional areas such as Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent Management, or Technical consultancy.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas, HDL, and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management and client interaction.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion will be a plus.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide 24/7 support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior members.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion updates and industry trends.
