Job Description
- Conduct a high volume of calls and emails to inbound leads.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads.
- Maintain prompt communication to inquiries, adhering to our SLA.
- Follow up promptly with leads who have become unresponsive to re-engage and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain the complete lead information collected during initial interactions.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different lead sources to identify the most valuable channels.
- Use CRM tools effectively to manage and track interactions with leads, automate follow-up tasks, and gain insights into lead behavior and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure key metrics.
