Role & responsibilities

• Execution of operational O2C- Claims & Deductions activities
• Verification and processing of claims & deductions as per standards.
• Coordination with stakeholders (internal & external) for obtaining documents, customer reconciliations.
• Reporting on KPIs. Basic knowledge on Power BI and proficient on
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Perform periodic activity relevant review's with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in SAP

Clear understanding in end-to-end O2C claims management, claims processing process.

Good Communication skills.
