Main Purpose of Job :
- Delight target consumers, build strong brands and generate strong brand building results and lead the Marketing activities for the Foods Portfolio in the B2B business
Key Outputs:
- Develop deep consumer knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop clear and inspiring Brand Essence
- Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within category in a way that contributes to CSV
- Deliver, in collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers / shoppers
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation
- Develop strong, functionally aligned brand and annual plans leading to outstanding execution.
- Assist in the development of the Annual plan
- Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts
- Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team
- Handling B2B customers and building the business
- Category development in Foods catering to B2B clients
Key Experiences: What experiences are key to success in this job?
- 2 Years managing a large B2B FMCG brand, preferably in Foods
- 2 Years of experience in Sales
